Twin screw pelletizing/granulation machine

The screw and cylinder were all designed by using the building block system. In other words, the screw was assembled by many components that could interchange with each other, and the cylinder was assembled by several cylinder sections.

With different materials and technology, the ideal main machine could be structured flexibly to realize the transporting, plastifying, shearing, exhausting, pressing and extruding of the materials. It did a good job in solving the contradiction between the commonability and the specialties of the screw and reaching the purpose of one machine with multi-function.

Another advantage of the design of "building block system" is that the broken screws and cylinders could be changed partly, so it could avoid the discarding of the whole screws and cylinders and reduce the cost of maintenance greatly.
