1. This machine is a intermeshing rotor type internal mixer. The wing of rolls and the sides/ends of the mixer chamber, as well as the surfaces of the pressing ram device and the discharge device are all made of welded wearable and hard alloy, which is corrosion and has long service life.

2. The shape of the rotor is cylindrical. It has large nogs and cooling area, so it can inprove the quality of the sizing materials and the production efficiency. The two mixing sections can be changed into one.

3. The mixing chamber is structured with drop door discharge device, so it's very convenient to install or repair it. The oil cylinder drive the discharging door to open or close the chamber. Two reciprocating oil cylinder directly pull the locking plate to lock the chamber. The material dischargeing is very fast and reliable.

4. The mixing chamber can be cooled by drilled rolls. Cycle channel sructure is adopted to the totor and pressing ram device so as to relize the circulation of the heat transmission medium, according to the requirements of differrent production technology, we can heat or cool the materials by steaming or using cooling water.

5. The rotor adopts rolling bearing for support, so the maintenance work is convenient and the service life is long.

6. The transmission device adopts NGW hard tooth flank planet reducer, which has compact structure, low noise and high efficiency.

7. The pressing ram, device can add pressure to the material through air cylinder or oil cylinder, to force the material mixing evenly, uparading the production efficiency. Matching with the electric control, the pressing ram device can fulfill automatic pressurization, decompresion and floating.

8. The electric control system can be handle manually and automatically and the operation is reliable and the change is convenient. We adopt ordinary apparatus and PLC programming control. The client can close the way according to this own requirement.
