Vulcanization press
Applicable range
EVA, PE rubber which is widely used in shoe material manufacturing, foaming floor glue, thermal keeping material, luggage liner sporting prevention material, diving dress material and life vest material, etc.
Upper beam flexible platform, oil cylinder seat uses to quality EG35 one time off casting forming with heat treatment and destruction detective processing. The hardness of machine platform has increased by 15% comparing with plate welding structure and it will not be distortional after long time of use.
Heating plate is made of top quality alloy and the performance is 60%better than Q235 material.
Hydraulic system adopts logical circuit, which is free of oil sealing device. It is wearable and leakage free.
Adopts PLC control+text displaying and the function display are clear and data modification is easy.
Oil pressure cylinder piston is made of steel casting material and it is super hard and durable HRC68-70.
The system increase the control precision for temperature and pressure and it has auto exhaustion funciton, which meet the processing requirements for production of high quality products of customers.
