3.      Plc control system

The PLC control moldule works through a graphic man-machine interface to show all monitoring information and set-up conditions such as the material in put rpm & volume & temperature,operation time,productivity,mold information,and etc.All the information can be controlled and operated on a touch screen.The operation instructions are clear and easy to lean.By the man-machine interface,the computer can directly decide if the examination for maintenance or breakdown is needed,which will shorten much time for maintenance.According to different levels of operators,maintenance staff and managers,multistage password control system is available for preventiong the machine from manmade negligence and protecting the production information.

4.      Hydraullc system

Working with computerized control system adopts store energy device and saves energy efficiently,the proportional valve can precisely control multi-stage pressure volume and speed.There are 2 sets of pumps independently designed to decrease noise and increase efficiency.
